  • Account data: login credentials and the offers linked to your listing.

  • To meet legal obligations — for example accounting and fraud prevention.

4. Who we share it with

Dealers only see your scooter details, photos and general area while bidding. Your name, full address, email and phone number are shared with a single dealer only after you accept their offer.

We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider, and our email and SMS delivery providers. They act on our instructions only. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where your data is stored

Data is stored on servers within the UK or the European Economic Area where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Listings and offers: up to 24 months after your last activity.
  • Account data: until you ask us to close your account.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access a copy of your personal data;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;

  • restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.
