About the role
We work with a network of trusted, self-employed drivers who collect mobility scooters on behalf of dealers across the UK. This is a flexible, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and keeping things moving.
Own van
A suitable van with the capacity and loading equipment to transport mobility scooters safely.
Commercial insurance
Valid commercial vehicle insurance and goods-in-transit cover for the scooters you carry.
Clear DBS check
A current or recent DBS check is required because you'll be visiting customers at home.
Customer-first attitude
Polite, reliable, and comfortable helping people who may be elderly, disabled, or bereaved.
What you'll do
- Collect scooters from customers' homes at agreed times
- Confirm payment with the seller before loading the scooter
- Load and transport scooters safely and carefully
- Be a friendly, professional face of ScootValue at every doorstep
